In search of a new Board Secretary

The Sub Zero Mission needs to fill a vacant spot on our board.

We are in search of a Secretary of the Board

This person serves as secretary of both the Board of Directors and The Sub Zero Mission and keeps all minutes of meetings and records of Board transactions. The Secretary has custody of all papers, records and reports.

We are looking for someone who has strong project management skills.

Currently our meetings are every second Thursday of the month at 6 PM at our headquarters at 1760 N. Ridge Rd. in Painesville. Both of the monthly meeting time and location are subject to change by the end of this season and the start of somebody new on the board.
