Nicholas Ajdinovich was born and raised in Lorain, Ohio. He graduated from Lorain Southview High School in 1975 and went on to earn a B.S in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 1979.

Upon graduation he worked for The Allen-Bradley company and subsequently Rockwell Automation working his way into middle management. Upon leaving Rockwell in 2000 he started his own IT service business retiring in 2022.

Nick has been actively involved with United Way campaigns at Allen-Bradley/Rockwell. He also was very involved with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Lake County for 35 years being matched with two little brothers and serving on their Board of Trustees for 9 years.

He started volunteering with Sub Zero Mission on October 2022 and has been their Events and Fundraising Chief since February of 2023. He also serves as a Blue Coat missionary in the winter months delivering warming items to the homeless.

He lives with his partner Vicki and has two children, Nicole and Robert.
